Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Service Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and schedule team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage financial performance, including cash handling, labor costs, and upselling strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and kitchen to ensure peak cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational improvements and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manager or in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Advanced knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
