About Jo’s & Mangia’s
Jo’s Italian Deli and Mangia’s Sandwiches are family-owned and operated Italian quick-service restaurants and delis focused on quality food, strong hospitality, and creating welcoming neighbourhood spaces for our guests and team members.
At Jo’s, we’ve grown from a small sandwich shop into a busy and highly respected Italian deli and restaurant offering fresh sandwiches, house-made pastas, made-to-order beverages, catering, and specialty grocery products. At Mangia’s, we’ve stayed true to where it all began — delivering an authentic neighbourhood sandwich experience built around consistency, speed, quality, and genuine hospitality.
Today, our team operates three busy and growing locations with a strong reputation in the community and a long-term vision for continued growth throughout Metro Vancouver.
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Unit Operations Manager to help strengthen our operations, support our leadership teams, and help guide the next stage of growth for our brands.
