Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess health history and identify areas requiring special attention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records for each client.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
- Promote wellness services and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans and address client concerns clearly.
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related healthcare fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensing standards.
Pay: $7,000.00-$14,000.00 per month
