About the Role
MHS Pallets is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our pallet repair team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in producing quality results. You will repair wooden pallets using tools such as nail guns, pry bars, and saws, ensuring each pallet meets our quality standards.
This position is piece‑work based ($0.75 per repaired pallet) , meaning your earnings are directly tied to the number of pallets you complete. If you’re efficient, hardworking, and consistent, this role offers strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage
- Repair pallets using hand and power tools
- Remove broken boards and replace components as needed
- Ensure all repaired pallets meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with hand tools or pallet repair is an asset (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet production targets
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
