Real Estate Listing Coordinator
As a Real Estate Listing Coordinator, you will be the face and voice of our organization. This team member will provide unwavering support to our Sales team while cultivating a genuinely memorable experience for our clients.

What You Do:
- Success in this role is receiving satisfaction and fulfillment by supporting our Sales team
- Value add will come from coordinating the entire real estate listing process
- Greet clients at reception and assist with various requests, including receiving deposits
- Answer phones and provide a memorable experience to our clients
- Arrange showings for each property and confirm with clients and Sales Representatives
- Draft listings on applicable Real Estate Boards
- Email agent’s codes for Lockboxes
- Process transactions and offers as needed by managing the deals box
- Scan/Organize documents while ensuring the data submitted is complete with all necessary information and all required signatures
- Support and coordinate with our Marketing team for each listing
- List and enter information into our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot)
- Process and Manage Listings and Transactions using Skyslope
- Communicate with Sales Representatives for missing information, confirm deadlines, and ensure our internal team understands the process
- Verify the submitted data is complete with all necessary information and required signatures
- Follow-up/communication with Sales Representatives for missing information, confirm deadlines, etc.
- Highlighting features of the property; creating written descriptions
- Creating Feature Sheets for each property
- Record/Input listing paperwork into all relevant systems and Real Estate Boards
- Maintain detailed records of listing status (coming soon, listing expiry dates, open houses, etc.)
