Airport Kia is a busy Kia dealership on Derry Road East in Mississauga. We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to take full ownership of our parts department.
About the role:
Run the parts department end to end, covering the counter, shop support, wholesale and special orders.
Own inventory control, including cycle counts, bin management and stocking levels, and keep obsolescence in check.
Manage special orders from request through ordering, receiving and customer notification.
Handle purchasing and vendor relationships, OEM and aftermarket.
Maintain parts pricing and margins in the dealer management system.
Track and report fill rate, inventory turns, aging and lost sales.
Comply with manufacturer warranty, ordering and return policies.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of dealership parts experience as a Parts Manager, or a strong senior counterperson ready to step up.
Working knowledge of PBS or a comparable dealer management system is strongly preferred.
Kia or other OEM parts systems experience is an asset.
An organized, process-driven person who keeps counts, bins and follow-ups current.
A clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors and customers.
