What You'll Do
Chef de Partie
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
- Complete daily prep and service with urgency and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Sous Chef
In addition to the above, you will:
- Support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth service execution.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior cooks.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost control.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all services.
- Help develop seasonal features and menu innovations.
What We're Looking For
Chef de Partie
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Strong understanding of cooking fundamentals.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Passion for producing consistently excellent food.
Sous Chef
- 4+ years of professional kitchen experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team by example.
- Understanding of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen systems is considered an asset.
