Customer Service Representative – RIBO Licensed
Premium Insurance Brokers is looking for a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Windsor office.
The successful candidate must hold a valid RIBO licence and have experience working in an insurance brokerage. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to existing clients, processing policy changes, reviewing coverage, and assisting with day-to-day account management.
Responsibilities:
- Service and manage an existing book of business
- Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations and billing inquiries
- Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare applications, endorsements and insurance documents
- Communicate with clients and insurance company underwriters
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and payments
- Maintain accurate client files and activity notes
- Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities
- Provide professional and timely customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid RIBO licence is required
- Previous insurance brokerage experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Ontario personal and/or commercial insurance
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with brokerage management systems and insurance company portals
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
