Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our growing team, servicing a variety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting in both occupied residential buildings and active commercial environments.
This position requires a professional, presentable individual who is comfortable interacting directly with tenants, property managers, homeowners, and site personnel. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on professionalism, communication, and customer service.
Duties
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and service work for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install and repair fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, valves, pumps, and related plumbing systems.
- Respond to service calls and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, homeowners, property managers, and project staff.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas within occupied homes and buildings.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, and other trades as required.
- Complete daily documentation, material tracking, and service reports when necessary.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license required. Red Seal Preferred
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing service work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and clients in occupied properties.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Must provide and maintain own vehicle for daily travel between job sites.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installations, and code requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with property maintenance or multi-unit residential buildings is considered an asset.
