We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant to be the welcoming face of our new office and the operational engine supporting our leadership team. This is an exciting entry-level position perfect for someone looking to launch a career in business operations, technology administrative management, or startup operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at our downtown Edmonton HQ, maintaining a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming environment;
- Front Desk & Reception: Welcome visiting clients, partners, and vendors, and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and physical mail/deliveries;
- Executive Administrative Support: Assist the Founder and executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and basic expense tracking;
- Supply & Vendor Coordination: Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with building management, utility providers, and local service vendors;
- Document & Workflow Assistance: Help prepare basic business correspondence, keep filing systems updated, and assist with light administrative onboarding tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an asset;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to work on-site at our downtown Edmonton office location during standard business hours;
- Prior customer service, retail, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply!
