Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture.
Duties
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools such as iCIMS, Workday, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding, including leveraging platforms like Lever, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and other HRIS systems.
- Engage in cold calling and lead generation to identify potential candidates through research and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates while maintaining positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data within HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Participate in training & development initiatives to stay current on best practices in talent acquisition and human resources trends.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing insights into workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Workday, Lever, UltiPro, SAP/PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent acquisition tools including ATS platforms like Lever or Workday.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, research techniques for sourcing passive candidates.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
