iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is a multidisciplinary healthcare organization specializing in concussion, neurological rehabilitation, chronic pain, vestibular disorders, and musculoskeletal injuries. Our collaborative team includes physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, counsellors, neuro-optometrists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, all working together to provide exceptional patient care.
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Triage Coordinator to become the first point of contact for patients entering our concussion program.

YOUR IMPACT
As the Clinical Triage Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate, and appropriate care from the moment they contact iScope.
You will:
- Conduct comprehensive intake and triage assessments for new patients
- Prioritize referrals based on established clinical protocols
- Educate patients about concussion recovery and available treatment options
- Coordinate appointments across our multidisciplinary team
- Communicate with physicians, therapists, insurers, and referring providers
- Assist with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, Extended Health, and private-pay patient coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation within our electronic medical record
- Support continuity of care throughout each patient's recovery journey
- Help improve clinic workflows and patient access to care
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- International Medical Graduate (IMG) preferred, or a degree in Medicine obtained outside Canada
- Alternatively, a degree in Health Sciences or another relevant healthcare discipline with related experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary clinical setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and concussion rehabilitation
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex medical information in a compassionate, patient-friendly manner
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Assets
- Experience with concussion or neurological rehabilitation
- Experience working with ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary rehabilitation
- Experience using InputHealth/CHR or other electronic medical records
- Experience in patient triage, intake, or care coordination

Please Note
This position is a non-licensed clinical support role. The Clinical Triage Coordinator works collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team and does not independently diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment.
