Accounting Administrator, you'll support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional looking to expand their skills and build broad accounting experience within a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing multinational business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, payments, customer invoices, and receipts.
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate supplier and customer records.
Banking & Reconciliations
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate cash records.
Payroll Support
- Assist with payroll processing, employee records, and expense reimbursements.
Month-End & Reporting
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end/year-end close, audits, and reporting requirements.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support ERP initiatives, process improvements, and other accounting duties as required.
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The base salary depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience-
$55,000 to $75,000. Plus benefits, paid time off, etc. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM.
