Overview
We have good work and contracts coming down the pipe and are seeking 3 Experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Operators specializing in Loader and Hoe operation to join our team. We are loading 50-70 trucks per day rounding from our pits and the successful candidate will enjoy the fast paced challenge of loading gravel trucks efficiently and safely and calling in weights to our ticketers. The Hoe operator will be assisting in feeding the plant or on the stipping and reclaimation team. The wage will be discussed at the interview based on experience and professionalism.
We are a full time year around company and are looking for long term fits that appreciate being home every night and on weekend. We are not competing with up north wages however paying fairly for our area is important.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, graders, and dozers. We are not expecting the successful candidate to be proficient at all pieces but may have the opportunity to learn more.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- A positive attitude and flexible attitude to learn and assist where needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, dozers, graders.
- Prior experience in construction or heavy equipment operation is highly preferred. These positions are integral to our quality production and requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
