Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit an organized and dependable Site Administrator to support daily administrative operations at a busy worksite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support across multiple departments.

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $25/hr
- Full-time, temporary position (up to 6 months)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments across the site
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
- Organize, file, and manage both digital and paper documentation
- Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front office
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and general correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day administrative operations
- Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or reception role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

- Experience supporting multiple departments in an industrial, manufacturing, or operations environment
- Familiarity with document management or ERP systems
- Experience with records management or office coordination
