About the Role
The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of our Richmond office and plays a key role in supporting business operations, facilities management, executive support and employee experience. You will collaborate with leadership, teams, vendors and service providers to ensure an efficient, professional and welcoming workplace while supporting the company's continued growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & Business Operations
- Manage daily office operations.
- Improve processes and workflows.
- Support business operations and ensure an efficient workplace.
Facilities & Property Coordination
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning and security.
- Manage office equipment.
- Liaise with property management, contractors and vendors.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Manage purchasing, office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate invoices, expense reports, contracts and licenses.
- Maintain administrative records.
Executive & Employee Support
- Coordinate executive schedules, travel and meetings.
- Support company events.
- Assist with onboarding and internal communications.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Maintain documentation.
- Coordinate company assets and company vehicles.
- Support health and safety initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Administration, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Facilities Coordination or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations or Property Management.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, facilities or commercial properties.
- Professional-level or native English communication skills.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural organization.

Pay: $5,800.00-$6,500.00 per month
