DaVinci Custom Home Renovation Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foreman Carpenter to join our growing team.
We specialize in high-end residential renovations, including custom bathrooms, kitchens, basements, additions, and complete home remodels throughout Maple Ridge and the surrounding communities.
We're looking for a skilled carpenter who is comfortable leading projects and has experience in multiple aspects of residential renovations. This is not a production framing position—we're looking for someone who can handle a wide variety of tasks and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential renovation projects from start to finish
- Read plans and coordinate daily work
- Framing and finish carpentry
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Painting and finishing
- Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered hardwood, and tile)
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Cabinet installation
- Interior doors, trim, baseboards, and finishing
- Coordinate with subcontractors when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
- Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of residential renovation experience
- Strong skills across multiple trades
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous foreman or leadership experience is an asset
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Own hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
