As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging shipment deliveries to assigned destinations on time. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure the correct unloading sequence is followed and that daily operations run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and arrange timely delivery of shipments to assigned destinations while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor and execute the correct unloading sequence to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide clear instructions to the warehouse team regarding shipment unloading procedures
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding container unloading progress and maintain effective communication
- Schedule delivery appointments with fulfillment centers, including Amazon and other facilities, based on real-time unloading updates from the warehouse team
- Manage trailer and truck scheduling efficiently, coordinating with courier companies such as UPS, Purolator, and others according to shipment requirements
- Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, delivery appointments, and communication with fulfillment centers

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of logistics experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and reliable with strong ownership of assigned tasks
