We specialize in underground utilities, site servicing, excavation, roadworks, and residential and commercial civil construction. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Labourer to join our earthworks crew. This is a hands-on position where you'll assist with daily site operations while working alongside equipment operators and foremen on a variety of civil construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Spread and grade gravel by hand.
- Operate plate compactors (packers).
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work area.
- Load, secure, and transport equipment using a truck and trailer.
- Assist equipment operators with excavations and underground utility installations.
- Perform general labour duties as required on active construction sites.
- Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on an earthworks, excavation, or civil construction crew.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing and operating a truck and trailer.
- Physically capable of performing manual labour in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience operating a skid steer.
- Experience operating an excavator or mini excavator.
- Class 1 Driver's Licence with dump truck experience.
- Experience with underground utilities, grading, or site servicing.
- First Aid certification.
- Equipment safety certifications.
