Duties include:
Front Desk support for receiving, greeting visitors & office presence.
Retail support: Taking Customer Payments & order paperwork-forms.
Spreadsheet-entries for records and serial number tracking.
Inventory updates for in & outs.
General Office duties: Filing, typing & administration type tasks.

Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and taking payments with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, and SageAccounting
- Handle filing, document creatation, and general administrative tasks to support daily office functions
- Provide office support by addressing and assisting tasks as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic expense entry and filing coordination
- Maintain organized files and ensure attention to detail
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
- Experience with Sage/QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Written and verbal communication skills, including speaking etiquette and customer service experience
- Attention to detail for documents and managing data & information accurately
- Familiarity with front desk, customers, calculating, computer.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining professionalism during interactions
- Basic computer skills for Word, Excel & other basic interfaces
