Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. This job is extremely physical and requires constant bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, scrubbing, lifting
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing toilets, making beds and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for guests.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Eventually assisting with training new team members
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management such as picking up garbage outside, cleaning the dumpster area, painting the stairwells, etc.
What we have to offer:
24-35 hours per week
$17.60/ hour + cash tips on occasion
Hilton Travel Benefits effective immediately
Benefits after 3 months if you maintain an average of 30 hours per week
Shift start times are Monday to Friday 830am / Saturday 9am / Sundays & Holidays 10am
End times vary based on how many rooms we have to clean. Shifts will usually range from 6-7 hours (this varies day to day) however can range from 4-9 hours
Pay: $17.60 per hour
