Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase creativity and build lasting client relationships in a professional and welcoming environment. The Nail Technician will also assist with retail sales and promote additional services such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
- Upsell retail products and additional services such as body waxing to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or special requests.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation standards through ongoing education.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those eager to learn.
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Experience with retail sales or upselling services is a plus.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians is necessary.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
