Job description
We are designers, makers and screen printers of locally made sustainable clothing.
We are looking for an awesome human being with positive to-do attitude to join our team and help with craft shows and various production, packaging and inventory management tasks.
To name of few:
- Ironing
- Folding
- Tagging
- Inventory counting
- Order packaging
- Retail sales in our studio location
- And more
This is a short term contract: 3 Months / Mid September to Mid December
You might be required to help with wide variety of tasks based on the day to day needs of the business as well as being able to work independently at various craft shows and events across the island.
Who are we seeking?
Generally:
An awesome human being to join our team. The right candidate has to share our company values and have passion for sustainable, local production and eco friendly practices. Positive attitude, driven and self motivated is a must.
Job specifically:
- Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in quality work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive production work
- Able to work independently while contributing to a small team
- Previous production, sewing, screen printing, retail or textile experience is an asset
Hours would range from 20 to 40 hours a week.
