Summary
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities and enjoys keeping projects, people and timelines moving forward. This indiviudal must have suberb communication skills. This individual is supporting 'high performers' and must be able to work along them.
Responsibilities
' Assist project managers in planning and coordinating restoration projects.
- Assists Project Managers with day to day operations and coordination
- Keep high performing team members organized, focused and on schedule
- Follow up with clients to keep them aware of status of their project
- Track project progress and timelines, documentation and job progress
- Help solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Be comfortable following up with individuals verbally and electronically
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers and staff members
Qualifications
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast past, high performing environment and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem solving mindset
- Professional, dependable and self motivated
- Experience in construction, restoration, project management or administration is considered an asset
- Comfortable with multiple software programs and experience with an estimating program will give you a significant advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
