Camp Canine is looking for a confident, organized, dog-loving Front of House team member to be the face of our brand.
This is not just reception. You are the energy of the building.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and managing check-in/check-out
- Handling bookings, payments, and passes
- Communicating daycare, grooming, and boarding details clearly
- Following up with clients and encouraging re-bookings
- Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Supporting the team and maintaining a calm lobby environment
You Are:
- Warm but assertive
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling payments and sales conversations
- Confident explaining policies and services
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service is required. Experience with dogs is a major asset.
