We're hiring a full-time On-Site Support / Installation Technician to join our growing team in Vancouver. This role is focused on hands-on AV installation and on-site technical support — you'll be at client sites across the Lower Mainland helping install, set up, and support the systems that keep our clients' meeting spaces running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a team rather than sitting behind a desk.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and test AV systems including displays, projectors, video conferencing bars, and audio equipment at client sites
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for installed systems
- Travel to project sites (using a company vehicle) for installations, service calls, and equipment pickups/deliveries
- Assist with cabling, rack builds, equipment mounting, and system commissioning alongside senior technicians
- Maintain accurate service records and installation documentation
- Represent Limitless AV professionally during all client-facing site visits
What We're Looking For
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with AV and video collaboration hardware (e.g., Logitech, Neat) is an asset — or a strong interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Candidates from adjacent trades or technical programs (electrical, low-voltage, IT, etc.) are welcome to apply
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently on-site
Position Details
- Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
- On-site in Vancouver, BC, with travel to project sites as required
- Reports to the Project Manager, with day-to-day direction from the Operations and Service Director
- Three-month probationary period
- Wage: $58,000–$64,000 per year
