We are hiring reliable and hardworking General Floor Workers to join our fish processing team. This role supports day-to-day production by helping with fish handling, sorting, packing, cleaning, and other general plant duties in a fast-paced food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Sort, handle, weigh, pack, and move fish or seafood products as required.
· Assist with production line duties, including preparing products for packaging or freezing.
· Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
· Move supplies, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the plant.
· Follow all food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.
· Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet production needs.
Qualifications
· No previous fish plant experience required; training will be provided.
· Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
· Comfortable working in a cool, wet, and busy processing environment.
· Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
· Food processing, seafood handling, or warehouse experience is an asset.
