We are seeking a qualified Interim Pharmacy Manager (Licensee) to lead a well-supported community pharmacy in Deer Lake, Newfoundland and Labrador. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with demonstrated leadership skills who can effectively oversee pharmacy operations alongside an existing team. The contract will start on June 1st and last 3–6 months—an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking for a well-compensated leadership position with a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 per week
System: Kroll
Compensation: $100–$110 per hour
Practice Setting
- 150–200 prescriptions filled daily
- OAT (Methadone) services
- Immunization administration
- Dedicated pharmacy assistant support
- Pharmacist overlap for collaborative care
- Well-established community pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations as the Licensee
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards
- Coordinate workflow and support team members
- Deliver clinical care, including OAT program management and injections
- Provide thorough patient consultations and counseling
- Foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment
Required Credentials
- Licensed Pharmacist eligible to practice in Newfoundland & Labrador
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with OAT (Methadone) programs
- Injection certification required
- Strong proficiency with Kroll
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
