Brokel Stainless Ltd. is looking for a reliable and safety-oriented Field Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the installation of custom commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel products, and architectural pieces at customer and construction sites.
We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of construction, installation, fabrication, or related hands-on experience. Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is an asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a good work ethic, basic tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn.
When field installation work is not required, the Field Installer will assist with general work in our fabrication shop.
- Install commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fixtures, countertops, cabinets, shelving, architectural pieces, and other custom-fabricated products.
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, positioning, and securing equipment and fabricated products.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Read basic drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.
- Take accurate measurements and assist with fitting and adjusting products on site.
- Work with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and to Brokel's quality standards.
- Protect finished products and surrounding surfaces from damage during transportation and installation.
- Follow site-specific and Brokel safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Assist with general shop duties when installation work is not scheduled, including material handling, assembly, packaging, cleanup, and other production support.
- Communicate any site issues, missing materials, damages, or installation concerns to the supervisor or project manager.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
