Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process while delivering an exceptional experience from first contact to delivery and beyond.
This position includes both in-store and internet sales responsibilities, including responding to online inquiries, following up with leads, and building long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email
- Send video walkarounds and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory, features, and promotions
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a driven, results-oriented mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles
- Automotive sales experience is considered an asset, but not required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- VSA license is considered an asset

Pay: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
