Canadian Family Clinic (CFC) is a family medicine team-based primary care clinic opening in North York. We are seeking a motivated and hard working full-time permanent Medical Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position, with regular hours Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm). Expected start date is Monday August 3, 2026.
As a high-volume primary care clinic, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and is committed to providing exceptional patient service.
Our clinic leverages modern technology to streamline workflows, so applicants should be confident using computers and comfortable learning new software. Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is required, and experience with TELUS PS Suite EMR is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and external healthcare providers
- Book, schedule, confirm, and greet patients
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Scan and upload medical records and other documentation
- Send and receive faxes and communicate with other physicians' offices and healthcare organizations
- Manage clinic supplies and inventory
- Obtain and document patient height and weight measurements
- Assist physicians with daily workflow and administrative tasks
- Support efficient clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism
