Are you passionate about providing a best-in-class client experience? Are you self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused? If so, this position may be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an Account Manager with a focus within the Transportation sector. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by providing exceptional day-to-day service to Commercial Lines Transportation clients.

What will you do?

Oversee the day-to-day servicing of the book working with clients
Prepare Certificates of Insurance
Checking and processing of policy documents, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Process MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR, etc.
Preparing and forwarding binders for renewals as instructed
Preparing and forwarding form letters and documents to clients and insurers
Processing invoices
Review client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements
Input and update claims and new client information
Assist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments as requested
Know customers and fully understand their needs
Document all communications and interactions with clients, carriers and others
Address insured’s questions and concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premium payments promptly via phone, e-mail, written communication etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years commercial lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company preferred
R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset.
Completed Post-Secondary education in related field of study (college or university level)
Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills are crucial for this position
Driven and results oriented
A strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Enjoy being a team player
Self-motivated and proactive
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

The salary range for this newly created role is $60,000 - $90,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
