We are currently seeking full-time Manufacturing Team Members to join our production team in Shallow Lake.

Position Overview
Manufacturing Team Members support the production of high-quality masonry products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
This position involves physical work and may include:
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Safely handling materials and equipment
- Working in a manufacturing environment
Schedule
- Day shifts are typically 4–5 days per week and may range from 10–12 hours in length.
- Afternoon shifts may be required based on operational needs.
