Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite to ensure safety and organization
- Help with moving supplies, tools, and materials throughout the site
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a secure environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with colleagues
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards; willingness to learn safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required
