Sugarmoon Salon is looking for an energetic, positive and customer-focused Retail Sales Expert & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is much more than a front desk position. You will be the face of Sugarmoon, welcoming every guest with warmth while helping them discover the products and treatments that best support their beauty goals.

What you'll do
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure
- Recommend skincare and body care products with confidence
- Build retail sales through education rather than pressure
- Support appointment booking, confirmations and scheduling
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain beautiful retail displays and merchandising
- Support the esthetics team by ensuring smooth daily operations
- Keep the salon organized, clean and welcoming
- Handle phone calls, emails and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Help achieve monthly retail and service goals
What we're looking for
- Previous retail sales or front desk experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness or hospitality industry
- Passion for skincare, beauty and wellness
- Experience with Repêchage or Bioline skincare is considered a strong asset
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A team player who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn every day
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable recommending products and educating guests
- Reliable, professional and eager to work
- Evening and weekend availability is required
