DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Regional Manager Ontario, the Ontario Field Representative is responsible for providing support, product knowledge, and presentations to Schluter clients within their designated territory of Southern & Eastern Ontario. With extraordinary interpersonal and time management skills, the Field Representative acts as a liaison between the field and the office, acquires information from existing Authorized Schluter Dealers (ASDs) within the province that further support the success of the program, and increase the sales of Schluter products by supporting various field activities in the province
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and analyze commonly promoted products, key contacts, product accesses, and other key sales areas
- Solicit feedback from dealers and customers for product improvements and innovations
- Inform and educate our clients on proper installation techniques, ordering products, and the pricelist / catalogue
- Assist at Schluter Systems workshops within the region and other territory related activities
- Represent Schluter Systems (Canada) Inc. in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner in all matters
COMPETENCIES
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a related position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Effectively deliver on goals and deadlines for department
- Comfortable with travelling up to 80% of the time to accommodate customer needs and expectations
- Able to drive a company vehicle & pass a driving record background check

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions in this job grade, with the final offer depending on factors like experience, education, location, and other relevant considerations. Additionally, this role qualifies for extra benefits beyond the base pay range mentioned.
Pay: From $81,000.00 per year
