Operator - Grader
Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Road Grader Operators to join our operations team. This position is ideal for a safety-focused operator who takes pride in producing quality work while working independently and as part of a team.
Working out of Pinehouse, Saskatchewan. Shift Pattern is 1 week on , 1 week off. Minimum 77 hours per shift, overtime after 8 hours / 40 regular. We will offer assistance with accommodations.
Duties
- Operate motor graders safely and efficiently to construct, maintain, and finish roads, haul roads, pads, parking lots, and other earthworks projects.
- Perform rough and finish grading to project specifications.
- Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and project specifications.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete pre-trip and post-trip reports.
- Perform routine maintenance, including fueling, greasing, cleaning, and reporting mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a road grader specifically for gravel road maintenance
- Valid Drivers License ( Class 5)
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
