Full-Time | Day Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on worker to join our fiberglass production shop in Malakwa. If you’ve worked with fiberglass, carpentry, manufacturing, or in a shop before — great. If not, that’s okay too. We’re willing to train the right person who shows up on time, works hard, and wants to learn. This is steady, physical shop work in a small crew environment. **Wage is dependent on experience - will be discussed during interview process**
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping with fiberglass prep, layup, and finishing
- Handling materials, tools, and general shop equipment
- Assisting with day-to-day production tasks
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Working as part of a team to get the job done
What we’re looking for :
- Experience in fiberglass, carpentry, or manufacturing is an asset — not required
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Good attitude and team player
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation required
