Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will manage, create, and edit content across multiple platforms — including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels — while also supporting content production for our other brand channels. The ideal candidate loves family-friendly content and has a strong eye for engaging storytelling across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of brand social media channels across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a multi-platform content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts and uploads.
- Create, film, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content tailored to each platform's format and audience (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, long-form videos, Stories, etc.).
- Optimize content titles, descriptions, hashtags, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and discoverability across platforms.
- Monitor channel and account analytics; adjust content strategy based on performance data.
- Assist with content creation and editing for other brand channels as needed.
- Engage with our communities through comments, DMs, and community posts to build audience loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team on ideas, campaigns, and cross-channel promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media channels or producing digital content across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software).
- Familiarity with platform-specific SEO, analytics, and growth strategies.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt content style and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design (thumbnails, channel art, social graphics) is an asset.
- Passion for toys, kids content, or family entertainment is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple brand channels and adapting tone/style accordingly.
