INDEPENDENT CPA REQUIRED – MULTIPLE CORPORATE ENTITIES
We are seeking an independent CPA or sole practitioner accounting practice to provide ongoing services for privately held corporations within a related group structure.
This is a long-term engagement with immediate availability.

Scope of Work
- Year-end compilation engagements for corporations
- One review engagement
- Corporate tax filings (T2s) for each entity
- Basic group / consolidated financial reporting for internal and external use
- Coordination of intercompany transactions and balances
- Year-end advisory and compliance support
Ideal provider:
- CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia)
- Experience working with corporate entities or owner-managed groups
- Comfortable managing several files efficiently and accurately
- Strong communication and responsiveness
