We are looking for a reliable and hardworking maintenance person to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our buildings organized, clean, and running smoothly. If you enjoy the general maintenance of buildings and equipment, minor repair work, working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- General building & lot maintenance
- Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Perform routine maintenance jobs
- May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Support the departments with general tasks as needed
- Seasonal duties such as snow removal on lots, around vehicles and walkways
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including skid steer for snow removal
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
