AM Server – Scarlet Craft Kitchen

About the Role
Scarlet Craft Kitchen is looking for an energetic, guest-focused AM Server to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and local customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service during breakfast and lunch periods.
- Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side stations.
- Complete opening, running side duties, and closing responsibilities.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining buffet, meeting room, and special event service when required.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work with leadership to resolve issues.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, hotel, and restaurant team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred.
- Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification is an asset.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
