Duties

- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions and update account information.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Support bilingual customers by providing services in English and Spanish as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet departmental goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
