We are looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our busy and growing Belmont Physiotherapy location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for patients.
The position is 10-20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time hours. Flexibility is important, as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. At this time, we are specifically looking for someone who is available to work evenings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Flexibility to take on additional shifts as needed is an asset.
What You Will Do
- Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Process payments and complete administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate filing and patient records
- Assist physiotherapists and other healthcare practitioners as needed
- Help with general clinic upkeep, including cleaning and laundry
- Multitask and help keep the clinic running smoothly during busy periods

Previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant program is preferred.
Experience with Jane App is an asset, but not required—training will be provided. Strong overall computer literacy is also an asset.
