Our client is seeking a detail-oriented IT Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) initiatives within the telecom sector. Sitting at the intersection of strategic governance and technical delivery, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise reporting platforms, predictive analytics, and AI-driven data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for complex BI dashboards, data pipeline modernizations, and AI/ML model deployments from initial scoping through production release.
- Facilitate alignment between data scientists, BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex analytics requirements into actionable user stories and sprint backlogs.
- Collaborate with technical leads to establish acceptance criteria for data accuracy, pipeline performance, feature engineering integrity, and post-deployment model validation.
- Lead technical standups, stakeholder presentations, and steering committee reviews authoring comprehensive technical documentation.
- Track project milestones, sprint velocity, and critical path dependencies, proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project delivery.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout strategies, and change management to ensure seamless adoption of BI tools and AI-driven capabilities by operational teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience leading BI development, advanced analytics, or AI/ML software initiatives.
- Solid foundational understanding of the modern data stack, including SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and the machine learning development lifecycle (MLOps).
- Practical experience managing agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Relevant certifications is an asset such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or cloud/data vendor certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
