Ola Luna Cake & Bakeshop is a recently opened bakery dedicated to crafting artisanal baked goods with love and passion. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality bread, croissants, pastries, tarts, cakes and other delectable treats. Our mission is to create a delightful and memorable experience for every bite, and we are excited to invite a skilled Baker to join our team and share in our passion for baking excellence.
Ola Luna Cake & Bake Shop is a small-batch, from-scratch bakery located in NW Calgary. We specialize in handcrafted cakes, pastries, and wholesale baked goods. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced baker to help us open the shop and prepare our fresh bakes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or bake pastries, fillings, doughs, cookies, cakes and other baked goods
- Follow established recipes and ensure product consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
- Support with wholesale prep and custom cake orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Food Safety certification is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and standing for long periods
