Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team in Burlington, ON. This role is essential to supporting various operational functions within our facility, contributing to the efficient and safe completion of daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment across the worksite
- Support team members in completing orders or maintenance tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols (training provided)
- Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Perform general manual labour duties including lifting, carrying, and sorting materials
- Support other departments with miscellaneous tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards is preferred
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
Start Date:- July 22nd (Wednesday)
Shift Schedule:- 9:00am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
