Coast Catalyst Construction is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to join our inclusive team!
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Carpenter to work on a variety of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building and renovating homes. You will be responsible for executing high quality work, delivering exceptional results, holding accountability, and being resourceful.
Key Responsibilities:
- perform all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, installation of doors and windows, trim work and finishing.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members, leadership and tradespeople.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential carpenter. (Red seal is an asset).
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Able to work in a demanding work environment with various weather conditions.
- Valid BC driver's license without restrictions and reliable means of transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
