About Hope Autism Services
Hope Autism Services is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and youth with autism. Our center-based approach ensures a structured and engaging environment, allowing clients to achieve meaningful progress in communication, social, and life skills.
We are currently hiring Autism ABA Therapists to join our growing team in Mississauga! If you are passionate about working with children and making a difference in the autism community, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
✔ Implement ABA-based therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
✔ Work one-on-one or in small groups with children aged 2 to 18 years old in a center-based setting.
✔ Utilize evidence-based strategies, including PECS, AAC, visual schedules, functional communication training, and token economies.
✔ Collect accurate data on client progress and document session notes.
✔ Support clients in developing essential social, communication, and daily living skills.
✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, senior therapists, and parents.
✔ Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or working toward) in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
✅ Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (preferred).
✅ Knowledge of ABA principles, reinforcement strategies, and behavior management techniques.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to follow behavior plans and work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
✅ CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
