Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
As a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP), your role will be to monitor and control the activities required in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and performance to ensure the successful delivery of A220 development projects.
Your area of responsibility will include the Empennage & WTBF (Wing to Belly Fairing) Integrated Product Team (IPT), as well as major structural modifications.
- Act as the strategic partner to the Project Manager/IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead, supporting project responsibilities related to schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
- Support effective decision-making based on operational needs and escalate issues when required.
- Develop, align, and maintain integrated project plans.
- Ensure the quality of project plans by implementing performance indicators and monitoring compliance with established processes.
- Manage and control the project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate Project Management activities within the Airbus Product Development System.
- Integrate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data related to major modifications to provide transparent and meaningful project status reporting.
- Manage project risks and opportunities, including identification, categorization, and recovery plans.
- Apply Airbus project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal project execution.
- Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus, including Engineering, Methods, Quality, Procurement, and Suppliers.
- Foster collaboration within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills and a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- You possess a technical background in aircraft development.
- You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open-minded, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a team environment.
- You are organized, autonomous, and have excellent time management skills.
- Experience and interest in the aerospace industry are considered strong assets.
- You are fully comfortable communicating in both French and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You have advanced proficiency with the Google Workspace suite.
